Long before JL Integrated Services existed, Joe’s story began in the quiet farmland of the Midwest—where values like hard work, faith, humility, and keeping your word weren’t taught through conversation, but through daily life.
Raised in a family shaped by the hardships of the Great Depression, Joe witnessed firsthand what perseverance, sacrifice, and stewardship truly meant. On the family farm, he learned that growth doesn’t happen overnight. It is built season by season, decision by decision, through discipline, patience, and an unwavering commitment to doing things the right way.
Those early lessons would shape the course of his life.
After high school, Joe pursued studies in business and finance before serving in the United States Air Force, where he worked in finance and accounting—developing the discipline, accountability, and precision that would define his professional life.
From there, Joe’s path led to General Electric, supporting efforts tied to national defense, and eventually into business ownership—where he would spend decades building, leading, and helping others navigate the financial decisions that shape businesses and families alike.
Across every chapter of his journey, one truth remained constant:
Business has never been just about numbers.
It’s about people. It’s about trust. It’s about standing by your word, building relationships that last, and helping others move forward with confidence.
That belief—and a lifetime of perspective earned through experience—became the foundation of JL Integrated Services.
Leta’s story

Long before becoming a co-founder of JL Integrated Services, Leta’s story began in a home where resilience, sacrifice, and hard work were part of everyday life.
As the first generation born to immigrant parents from the South Pacific—and one of thirteen children—Leta learned early the value of responsibility, perseverance, and serving others. Her father worked as a carpenter, while her mother, gifted with a remarkable mathematical mind, instilled the discipline and determination that would shape her future.
At a young age, Leta began helping support her family by selling candy door to door alongside her younger sister, easing the financial pressures faced by a hardworking single mother. That early sense of responsibility became a defining part of who she was.
Her professional journey began in banking operations, where her work ethic and leadership quickly opened new opportunities. Over the years, her career expanded across healthcare staffing, human resources, enterprise technology, SaaS, public sector partnerships, and public safety. In every role, she focused on building teams, strengthening client relationships, and leading with trust, accountability, and consistency.
Along the way, Leta navigated life’s personal challenges and continuing to grow professionally. Through every chapter, one belief remained constant:

Leta was introduced to Joe through family connections while seeking financial mentorship and guidance. What began as a conversation quickly revealed a shared belief in integrity, preparation, and helping others build something lasting.
